2017 I Love BBQ Festival

The 12th Annual ILBBQF was a bit less attended than we would have hoped due to some incredibly inclement weather for most of the weekend, but amazingly we still made around $8500.00 in profit from the raffle tickets that will help offset some of the operating costs for the Youth Center.

The competition was enjoyable and the eats were fantastic!!! We had a huge tent up in case of inclement weather where you could enjoy your delicious food from our vendors and listen to our live local bands and their great music! Unfortunately the bike stunts were cancelled due to the severe rain and standing water which made for a very unsafe stunt conditions.

Sundays competition had 41 teams (record number including 10 teams from Canada) went off smoothly with excellent weather, and all teams left for home happy and promised to come back next year. I can’t wait to see lots of those and new teams to come back for 13th annual ILBBQF. Dates: July 6-8th

I hope all of you will come back next year again to make 13th annual ILBBQF even more spectacular, fun and tasty.
